Role Overview:
We are looking for young, dynamic and motivated graduates with good communication, coordination and data management skills to join SRM University-AP as an Executive / Executive Assistant at the University School level.
The selected candidate will provide administrative, coordination and MIS support to the Dean / Director / HOD and work closely with faculty members and various administrative teams across the University.
This is a good chance for candidates who are interested in academic administration, data management, reporting, coordination and emerging AI technologies.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide day-to-day administrative and coordination support to the Dean / Director / HOD.
- Coordinate with faculty members, administrative teams and other departments for various academic and operational activities.
- Prepare and maintain MIS reports,
dashboards, trackers and management reports.
- Collect, consolidate, validate and maintain data from different sources.
- Prepare presentations, reports, meeting notes and other official documents.
- Maintain records, databases and documentation related to the University School.
- Support scheduling of meetings, appointments and other official engagements.
- Follow up with concerned stakeholders and ensure timely completion of assigned activities.
- Assist in preparing periodic reports and data analysis for management review.
- Use MS Office tools and emerging AI technologies to improve productivity, reporting and documentation.
- Maintain confidentiality of institutional, student, faculty and administrative information.
- Perform other responsibilities assigned by the reporting authority.

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
