About the Role

ROI Magnet is looking for a high-energy Inside Sales Executive who understands the D2C ecosystem and can build a strong sales pipeline, connect with decision-makers, and convert qualified prospects into clients.

You’ll be responsible for the complete sales cycle — from lead generation and outreach to pitching, negotiation, closing, and client onboarding.

Key Responsibilities

1. Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Research and identify potential D2C brands across beauty, fashion, wellness, lifestyle, and other categories.
- Generate qualified leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, directories, and other digital tools.
- Build and consistently maintain a solid sales pipeline.

2. Sales Outreach & Lead Qualification
- Connect with Founders, CMOs, Growth Heads, and other key decision-makers.




- Understand prospects’ business models, marketing challenges, budgets, and growth goals.
- Qualify leads based on need, budget, authority, and timeline.

3. Pitching & Consultation
- Conduct discovery calls and present customised marketing solutions.
- Pitch services such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, Performance Marketing, Influencer Marketing, and Email/SMS Automation.
- Coordinate with strategy, media buying, and creative teams to develop relevant proposals.
- Clearly communicate ROI Magnet’s value proposition and performance-driven approach.

4. Closing & Client Onboarding
- Own the sales process from proposal to negotiation and final closure.
- Follow up strategically and move prospects through the sales funnel.
- Coordinate with the operations/account team for smooth client onboarding.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, deal stages, and communication history.

5. Reporting & Performance Tracking
- Track outreach, meetings, conversio
