About Position:
We are seeking an experienced Technical Program Manager with Gen AI expertise to lead strategic technology programs and large-scale software delivery initiatives within the BFSI domain. The ideal candidate will bring a robust blend of program management, stakeholder management, software engineering, and Generative AI knowledge. This role requires the ability to manage multiple projects, drive engineering execution, and ensure successful delivery of innovative business solutions.

What You'll Do:
- Drive and track software development initiatives across the engineering organisation.
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple BFSI domain projects.
- Work closely with Engineering, Product, Architecture, and Delivery teams to ensure successful and timely releases.
- Orchestrate the end-to-end software delivery lifecycle from development to production.
- Manage project portfolios across business horizontals and verticals.
- Monitor project health,
delivery status, risks, dependencies, and escalations.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with client IT and business stakeholders.
- Manage customer expectations regarding delivery, resourcing, communication, and governance.
- Support sales and delivery teams in issue resolution, stakeholder engagement, and business growth.
- Collaborate with pre-sales, practice teams, and stakeholders to respond to RFPs.
- Drive release management activities and continuous process improvements.
- Define and communicate project strategies, plans, risks, and recommendations.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of programs and projects.
- Manage budgets, timelines, resources, vendors, and project teams.
- Implement governance frameworks, project metrics, and reporting mechanisms.
