About the Company

We are looking for an experienced and technically proficient Sales / Business Development professional to drive B2C sales for our portfolio of home automation, smart lighting, audio-visual, furniture and allied interior solutions.

About the Role

The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to the home automation / smart home / lighting automation / AV / electrical or allied industry, along with the ability to understand customer requirements, recommend suitable technical solutions, prepare customised quotations and successfully close sales. This role requires a combination of technical understanding, consultative selling, relationship management and solid field execution.

Responsibilities
- Generate and manage B2C sales opportunities through field visits, referrals, channel partners, architects, interior designers and other relevant networks.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend appropriate home automation, lighting, audio, furniture and related solutions.




- Demonstrate a strong technical understanding of lighting control systems and wiring methodologies, including:

- DALI
- Analog / 0–10V control
- Phase-Cut / Phase-Dimming
- Relevant wiring, control and integration concepts.

- Conduct site visits to understand project requirements, site conditions, electrical layouts and customer expectations.
- Prepare customised technical and commercial quotations based on customer requirements, project specifications and budgets.
- Coordinate with internal technical/design teams to develop appropriate solutions and proposals.
- Present product and solution proposals to customers and clearly communicate technical features, benefits and commercial value.
- Handle the complete sales cycle—from lead generation and requirement understanding to quotation, negotiation, closure and post-sales coordination.
- Negotiate commercials effectively while maintaining company pricing and profitability guidelines.
