Mazatrol Programming & Editing: Writing and refining programs directly at the machine control. This includes defining machining processes like facing, turning, and grooving by "filling in the blanks" for coordinates, speeds, and feeds.
Machine Setup: Installing and aligning workholding equipment such as chucks, collets, and soft jaws.
Tooling Management: Selecting appropriate cutting tools, setting tool lengths and radius offsets, and managing tool life within the control system.
First-Off Inspection: Running the first component of a batch and performing a detailed inspection using micrometres and verniers to ensure it meets GD&T; specifications.
Process Optimization: Adjusting cutting parameters (speeds and feeds) and program logic to improve efficiency, reduce cycle times,



and ensure secure machining.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
