Key Responsibilities:
Production Planning and Management:
Plan and coordinate production schedules to meet customer demands and sales forecasts.
Ensure production efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness.
Monitor production processes, identifying areas for improvement.
Implement production planning and control systems.

Quality and Safety:
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and regulatory standards (e.g., GMP, HACCP).
Implement quality control procedures and audits.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation measures.

Team Management:
Lead, motivate, and develop a high-performing production team.
Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback.
Manage employee relations, conflicts, and disciplinary actions.

Supply Chain and Inventory:
Collaborate with procurement to ensure timely raw material supply.




Manage inventory levels, minimizing waste and optimizing stockholding.
Ensure effective material flow and storage.

Maintenance and Engineering:
Oversee maintenance activities, ensuring equipment reliability.
Plan and implement capital projects (e.g., equipment upgrades).
Manage engineering and technical services.

Continuous Improvement:
Identify areas for improvement and implement changes.
Drive lean manufacturing and cost reduction initiatives.
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and adjust strategies.
