Oversee the service department to ensure quality vehicle maintenance, timely servicing, and high First-Time-Right (FTR) scores.
Ensure strict quality checks—such as Pre-Delivery Inspections (PDI)—are conducted before handing over vehicles to customers.
Manage spare parts inventory to prevent stockouts and coordinate with manufacturers for smooth supply chain operations. Indeed +2
Customer Experience & Retention
Monitor customer satisfaction (CSAT) scores, address customer grievances, and ensure swift resolutions.
Implement loyalty programs, routine service follow-ups, and customer feedback mechanisms.
