Key Responsibilities
Learn and support day-to-day production and manufacturing activities
Assist in machine operations, process monitoring, and quality checks
Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams
Prepare basic production and inspection reports
Follow safety and operational standards on the shop floor
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering (2025/2026 pass-outs preferred)
Positive technical understanding of manufacturing processes
Robust learning attitude and willingness to work on the shop floor
Basic knowledge of AutoCAD/MS Office will be an added advantage
Good communication and teamwork skills
