Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Develop social media content strategies aligned with brand objectives
Plan monthly content calendars and campaign themes
Create creative concepts, hooks, captions, and storytelling ideas
Stay updated with trends, reels formats, memes, and platform updates
Collaborate with designers, video editors, and copywriters for execution
Ensure brand consistency across all social media platforms
Review performance insights and refine content strategies accordingly
Guide execution for static posts, reels, stories, and short-form videos

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
Proven experience in content strategy and social media planning
Solid understanding of Instagram, LinkedIn, and other key platforms
Ability to think creatively while aligning with brand and business goals




Valuable understanding of content performance metrics and analytics
Excellent communication and coordination skills

Preferred Skills:
Experience in a digital marketing agency
Minimum experience of 1 to 2 years in the field
Familiarity with tools like Meta Business Suite, Notion, Trello, or similar
Basic understanding of performance marketing and content optimization

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
