Role overview
We are looking for a confident and well-spoken Sales Representative to handle client communication and inquiries. You will be the main point of contact for our B2B clients answering their questions, sharing product details, and making sure they have a smooth experience with us.

Key responsibilities
Share information about our products, pricing, and services
Follow up on sample requests and orders
Stay in touch with existing clients and collect their feedback
Keep a record of all client interactions

What we're looking for
Good communication skills in English and Hindi
Friendly, professional, and well-organized
Prior experience in sales or customer service is a plus
