Key Responsibilities
Project Planning & Strategy
Defining Scope: Determine the scope of work, deliverables, and resource requirements.
Scheduling: Develop realistic project timelines, milestones, and daily or weekly work plans.
Budgeting: Estimate costs, allocate funds, and track expenditures to ensure profitability and prevent budget overruns.
Technical Execution & Quality Control
Design Review: Review, analyze, and approve technical designs, engineering plans, and blueprints.
Quality Assurance: Administer testing protocols, evaluate technical data, and enforce compliance with building codes and industry standards.
Problem Solving: Troubleshoot complex technical issues during design and construction phases.
Coordination & Communication
Stakeholder Alignment:
Act as the primary liaison between clients, architects, subcontractors, and senior engineers.
Resource Management: Procure materials, schedule deliveries, and manage subcontractor relationships.
Reporting: Prepare progress updates, risk assessments, and performance metrics for the project manage
Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
