We are looking for a smart, detail-oriented and sales-driven associate to work across Bright Star and KCS Kashmir Shawl Emporium.
This is a hybrid role combining sales, backend operations, and digital customer handling, ideal for someone who is organized, tech-comfortable, and enjoys both customer interaction and office coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Support online sales and order coordination:
Assist in backend retail operations including billing, stock tracking, and coordination
Work on Excel sheets, reports, and basic data management:
Support export-related coordination and documentation (as required):
Assist walk-in customers and contribute to overall sales
Help with day-to-day office and administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
Robust written and spoken English:
Sales-driven mindset with customer-first approach
Ability to multi-task across sales, backend, and operations:
Organized, responsive, and detail-oriented
Prior experience in retail / ecommerce / office operations is a plus
