Job Description: ArchitectPosition Overview

Key Responsibilities
Prepare and develop working drawings using AutoCAD, including:
Sections
Elevations
Electrical layouts
Plumbing layouts
Ability to read and interpret structural drawings:
Develop architectural concepts, layouts, and planning-stage designs.
Work on interior working drawings, detailing and coordination (added advantage).
Coordinate with contractors, vendors, and engineers throughout the execution stages.
Ensure design accuracy, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
Conduct site visits when required to ensure design compliance.
Prepare BOQs, material specifications, and assist in material selection.
Handle complete projects independently in the long run with confidence and ownership.
Stay updated with industry trends, materials, and construction techniques.

Requirements:




Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (B.Arch) from a recognized institution.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of SketchUp, Revit, or other design tools is a plus.
Solid understanding of working drawings and architectural detailing.
Knowledge of materials, finishes, and current design practices.
Creative mindset with the ability to think independently and develop cutting-edge solutions.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
