About the Role
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain relationships with recruiters and hiring partners.
Schedule interviews, placement drives, and recruitment events.
Assist students with resume building, interview preparation, and communication skills.
Track student placement data and maintain reports.
Coordinate with internal trainers and academic teams.
Follow up with companies regarding openings, interview feedback, and hiring status.
Organize workshops, seminars, and mock interview sessions.
Ensure smooth execution of end-to-end placement processes.
