Svitla Systems Inc. is looking for a Product Owner for a full time position (40 hours per week) in Argentina. Our client is a global technology company specializing in self-service payment solutions and digital customer engagement for the retail petroleum industry.

The Product Owner (PO) is the voice of the customer and the business on an agile delivery team. You will own and continuously refine the team backlog, define and prioritize value-driven work, and ensure delivery of measurable outcomes that meet customer needs and business objectives. You will work day-to-day with the development team and closely with either a Scrum Master (Scrum teams) or a Release Train Engineer (SAFe/ART) to align priorities, cadence, and cross-team dependencies. This role requires robust product judgment, stakeholder influence, and a working technical understanding of PaaS, Saas, APIs, CI/CD, and observability to help the team deliver robust, secure, and scalable capabilities.

REQUIREMENTS:
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Product Owner,



Product Manager, or similar role in an agile environment; experience with Scrum and/or SAFe.
An internship is a valid experience.
Proven experience owning backlogs, writing user stories and acceptance criteria, and participating in Program Increment (PI) planning.
The ability to collaborate across multiple engineering teams to define requirements, manage dependencies, and deliver scalable PaaS products and features to developers.
Solid technical background in product development, including roles in software development, DevOps, QA, or other engineering disciplines.
Practical experience with backlog/ALM tools (e.g., Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, GitHub).
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or related field, or equivalent experience.
