Job Title: Digital Marketing Coordinator (In-Shop)

Job Summary:
Key Responsibilities:
Coordination with Marketing Agency:
Act as the primary point of contact between the company and the digital marketing agency.
Relay shop-specific updates, promotional offers, and customer feedback to the agency.
Ensure marketing campaigns align with the brand’s goals and timelines.
Content Management:
Collect and share high-quality photos, videos, and content from the store for use in marketing campaigns.
Oversee product listings, updates, and promotions on the brand’s e-commerce platform.
Campaign Monitoring:
Track the progress and performance of marketing campaigns (e.g., social media, Google Ads, and influencer activities).
Provide feedback to the agency on campaign outcomes, footfall impact, and customer responses.
Customer Interaction and Engagement:
Respond to customer queries related to campaigns or digital promotions while at the store.




Gather insights and feedback from customers visiting the store to inform future campaigns.
Reporting:
Maintain records of marketing activities and their impact on in-store footfall and sales.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports summarizing campaign performance and ROI.
Collaboration with Store Team:
Work closely with the store team to implement in-store promotions linked to digital campaigns.
Coordinate events, offers, or seasonal campaigns with the marketing team.

Qualifications:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory).
Skills and Experience:
Basic understanding of digital marketing principles.
Robust communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in tools like Google Docs, Excel, and social media platforms.
