The Tranquil Wedding is urgently hiring enthusiastic and result-driven Telecallers to join our growing team. The role involves connecting with potential clients, explaining our wedding planning services, and converting leads into successful bookings.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to prospective clients
Handle inbound inquiries professionally
Explain services and packages clearly
Maintain and update client databases
Follow up with leads and close sales
Achieve monthly sales targets
Work Timings:
10:00 AM to 6:30 PM
Monday to Saturday
Salary & Advantages:
Fixed Salary: ₹20,000 - ₹25,000 per month
Incentive: 2% commission on achieving ₹5,00,000 monthly sales
Requirements:
Positive communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of sales and customer handling
Positive attitude and target-oriented mindset
Prior experience in telecalling/sales is preferred
