Key Responsibilities
Inspections & Testing: Conducting routine inspections and functionality tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet specifications.
Documentation & Reporting: Maintaining accurate, detailed records of test results, inspection data (e.g., measurements, temperatures), and preparing reports for audits.
Compliance & Standards: Ensuring compliance with cGMP, GLP, and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO).
Defect Analysis: Identifying defects, performing root cause analysis, and initiating corrective actions (CAPA).
Equipment Maintenance: Using and calibrating measuring tools and test equipment.
