B2C Sales Manager – US Process

Job Description

SS Tech Services is looking for an experienced B2C Sales Manager – US Process to lead and manage our international sales team at our Noida office.

The ideal candidate should have a strong background in International B2C Sales / US Process, with proven experience in team management, revenue generation, target achievement, sales strategy, objection handling, negotiation, and deal closure.

The role involves managing a team of 25+ sales professionals, driving revenue growth, improving conversion rates, and ensuring consistent achievement of monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate a team of 25+ B2C sales professionals
- Drive US B2C sales and achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets
- Monitor key sales metrics including conversion rate, productivity, revenue, average sales value, and target achievement
- Develop and execute strategies to improve sales performance and conversions
- Conduct regular call reviews, sales meetings, coaching sessions, and performance reviews




- Train and coach team members on sales pitching, objection handling, negotiation, upselling, cross-selling, and deal closure
- Identify performance gaps and implement appropriate improvement plans
- Support the team with escalations and high-value deal closures
- Prepare and analyze sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics
- Ensure high-quality customer interactions and adherence to process standards
- Coordinate with internal teams to achieve overall business objectives

Must-Have Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in International B2C Sales
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Sales Team Management
- Proven experience managing a team of 20–25+ sales professionals
- Strong experience in US Process / International BPO / Voice Sales
- Proven track record of achieving sales and revenue targets
- Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
