Role Description:
We're looking for a customer-focused and target-oriented Relationship Manager to join our team in Arjan Garh, Delhi. As a Relationship Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for our customers — from the first enquiry to final service delivery. You’ll play a key role in converting leads into customers while building long-term relationships and ensuring an excellent customer experience.
What You'II Own
Lead Management & Conversion
- Manage daily inbound and campaign-generated leads from Meta, Google, MyGate, society WhatsApp broadcasts and society camps.
- Contact assigned leads within the defined response time.
- Understand customer requirements, qualify leads, provide accurate quotations and close sales.
Customer Consultation
- Understand Wizard’s B2C service portfolio and recommend the right services based on customer requirements.
- Clearly communicate pricing, process and timelines.
- Set realistic expectations and avoid over-promising.
Order Management & Handover
- Capture complete customer and service requirements.
- Ensure accurate documentation, addresses, deadlines and special instructions.
- Coordinate a smooth handover to the Operations team.
Customer Relationship & Retention
- Remain the customer's point of contact throughout the service journey.
- Proactively communicate service updates and resolve concerns.
- Encourage repeat business and customer referrals.
