Role Overview

We are looking for a Chartered Accountant to join our Siliguri team. This is a client-facing accounts and tax role that combines technical delivery with advisory responsibility, you will manage client engagements end to end, support junior team members, and contribute to the quality and growth of our service offering.

We are open to solid candidates from any accounting and tax background.



You do not need prior international or cross-border experience, if you have the technical ability, the right attitude, and the communication skills, we will invest in your development and give you the exposure to grow into a broader advisory role.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage multiple client assignments, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of accounts, tax returns, and other financial deliverables.

• Begin building client relationships by handling day-to-day communication, following up on outstanding information, and ensuring clients are kept informed at every stage.

• Assist in and progressively lead tax advisory and consultancy engagements, delivering tailored, client-specific solutions under guidance from senior staff.

• Assign and supervise work performed by junior team members, maintaining high standards of quality, accuracy, and consistency.
