Role Description The DY Manager Production – Rim Manufacturing is a full-time, in office role based at Carrier Wheels Pvt. Ltd. in Faridabad.



The role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day rim manufacturing operations, including planning and scheduling production, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and meeting output and efficiency targets. This position involves monitoring production lines, coordinating with maintenance and quality teams, optimizing processes, and implementing continuous improvement initiatives. The DY Manager will manage and guide shop-floor teams, ensure compliance with safety and regulatory requirements, and maintain accurate production documentation and reports. Collaboration with engineering, supply chain, and R&D; teams is expected to support new product introductions and process enhancements.
Qualifications
Robust production management skills in a manufacturing setting, including line supervision, workflow planning, and resource allocation.
Experience with rim or steel wheel manufacturing processes, such as forming, welding, painting, and as
