Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Telecalling role based in Hyderabad. The Telecaller will engage with potential and existing customers over the phone to share information about insurance products, clarify queries, and support them through the policy selection and purchase process. Daily responsibilities include making outbound and receiving inbound calls, explaining product features, capturing customer details accurately, and updating call records in the system.



The role also involves following up on leads, coordinating with internal teams when needed, and maintaining a courteous, skilled communication style in every interaction.
Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid verbal communication skills, active listening abilities, and transparent telephone etiquette.
Candidates should possess customer service skills, including empathy, patience, and the ability to handle objections or concerns professionally.
Candidates should possess basic computer literacy, including data entry, use of CRM or call management tools, and email communication.
Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills to manage high call volumes and follow-up schedules effectively.
Relevant experience in telecalling, sales, or customer support, ideally in insurance or financial services, is beneficial.
