About the Role

At Vidwath Innovative Solutions Ltd., we are looking for an experienced and dynamic Software Head to lead our software development team and drive end-to-end technology solutions.

The ideal candidate should have solid expertise in Flutter development, GitHub management, software architecture, and team leadership with a minimum of 10 years of industry experience. The role involves managing development teams, ensuring timely project delivery, maintaining code quality, and supporting innovation across projects.

Candidates from Karnataka, with knowledge of Kannada, are preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Software Development & Team Leadership (Primary)
Lead and manage the software development team across multiple projects
Design, develop, and oversee scalable mobile and web applications
Guide the team in Flutter application development and best practices
Manage source code repositories,



branching, and deployment workflows using GitHub
Review code quality, architecture, and technical documentation
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for project planning and execution
Ensure timely delivery of software projects with high-quality standards
Mentor developers and conduct technical training sessions

What We're Looking For
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
10+ years of experience in Software Development and Team Management
Solid expertise in Flutter development and mobile application architecture
Solid understanding of software design patterns, microservices, REST APIs, and scalable architectures
Hands-on experience with GitHub, version control systems, and CI/CD workflows
Experience with AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudWatch, API Gateway, or related cloud technologies
Strong knowledge of API integra
