Role Description The AR Voice Calling – US role is a full time, on-site position based in Chennai. The role involves making and receiving calls to and from patients, insurance companies, and other stakeholders in the United States to resolve outstanding accounts receivable issues. Daily responsibilities include following up on unpaid claims, clarifying billing and invoicing details, updating account information,



and documenting call outcomes in internal systems. The position also requires reviewing claim status, identifying reasons for non-payment, coordinating with internal teams for resolution, and ensuring timely collections while maintaining professional and explicit communication.

Qualifications
Candidates should possess solid Analytical Skills to interpret AR reports, identify trends, and prioritize follow-up actions.
Candidates should possess foundational Finance and accounts receivable knowledge to understand billing processes, claim lifecycles, and payment activities.
