About the Role
We are looking for a Business Development Executive – Pre-Sales & Lead Generation who can take ownership of the early-to-mid stages of our sales funnel — from identifying target markets and prospects to generating leads, qualifying opportunities, conducting discovery calls, supporting solutioning and moving prospects towards closure.

The ideal candidate should be commercially driven, research-oriented and comfortable speaking with founders, business owners, CXOs and senior decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities1. Business Development & Sales
Identify and target potential B2B customers across relevant industries and segments.




Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline through outbound and inbound channels.
Conduct cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn outreach and other prospecting activities.
Understand prospect requirements, business challenges and buying intent.
Qualify leads based on business need, budget, authority and timeline.
Conduct discovery calls and initial product/service presentations.
Follow up consistently with prospects and move prospects through the sales funnel.
Negotiate with prospects and support deal closure.
Achieve monthly lead, prospect and revenue targets.
Pre-Sales & Solutioning
Understand our technology, products and services well enough to communicate their business value.
Conduct requirement-gathering and discovery sessions with prospects.
Translate business requirements into an initial solution approach.
Coordinate with the product/engineering team for technical feasibility and solution discussion
