Indixpert Technologies Private Limited is an AI product engineering firm building a portfolio of AI-native products that automate high-value business workflows. Our products include AI Catalogue Photography, which produces commercial and fashion catalogue assets through a controlled AI production pipeline;
AI-Assisted RFQCosting, which reads engineering drawings and RFQs to generate quotations that traditionally require experienced manual estimation;
and AI Social Content Automation, which plans, generates and optimises social content through a continuous learning loop.

We build production systems that sit inside a customer's commercial process and change how the work actually gets done. We are commercialising these products across India, the GCC and the USA.

Role Description

This is a full time, on-site role for a Business Development & Product Sales Manager, based at our office in Gurugram, Delhi NCR, reporting to the Founder & CEO.

You will own product sales and market development across our portfolio. This is a revenue role,



not a lead generation role — you carry the number and run the full cycle from first touch to signed contract.

Day to day, you will identify and target the right customer segments for each product, build and manage a qualified pipeline, and prospect outbound through LinkedIn, email, calls and other channels. You will run discovery meetings and product demos, convert qualified prospects into POCs and trials, and convert successful POCs into paying customers. You will manage proposals, negotiation and closing, build partnerships and referral channels, and feed market signal back to the product team. Customer development spans India and international markets, including the GCC and USA, so some travel and flexibility on calling hours will be required.

You will be measured on pipeline → demos → POCs → customers → revenue. The primary KPI is sales revenue and target achievement, not call or lead volume.
