That is the single hardest filter we have, and we are not going to be shy about it. In one day you will move between a candidate you are chasing, a letter that has to go out, a calendar that keeps changing, and a vendor waiting on an answer. Four different jobs before lunch.

The Role, Honestly

Talent acquisition: You find people. Then you learn how we pick them, because how we hire is genuinely different from how most agencies do it, and it is the reason the work here is positive. You will be taught this directly by the Partner and the Managing Partner. Not from a course, not from a recruitment SOP. From sitting in on the calls and then being handed the next one.

Founder's office: You sit beside the people running this company. The calendar, the follow ups, the things that need chasing, the decisions that need turning into action. You will see how the business is actually run, from the seat where it happens.

HR: The paperwork, the sheets, the attendance, the onboarding. Unglamorous, and the reason everything else works.

Do all three well and you will understand how a company is staffed and run within a year. Most people take five.
