Job Summary
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Admin Executive to handle office administration, order management, billing, logistics coordination, and production support. The ideal candidate should have solid organizational skills and the ability to coordinate effectively across departments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day office administration activities.
Update and maintain customer orders in Google Sheets.
Generate invoices and bills using Tally ERP.
Coordinate with logistics partners for dispatches and deliveries.
Track shipments and ensure timely order fulfillment.
Manage workers and oversee daily production activities.
Maintain production records and inventory updates.
Coordinate with sales, accounts, and operations teams.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate documentation.
Handle vendor and customer communication related to orders and dispatches.
Requirements
Administration, Operations, or a similar role.
Working knowledge of Tally ERP for billing and invoicing.
Strong proficiency in Google Sheets/MS Excel.
Valuable understanding of logistics and dispatch processes.
Experience in managing workers and coordinating production activities.
Strong communication and organizational skills.
Ability to multitask and work independently.
Preferred Skills
Knowledge of inventory management.
Basic accounting and GST invoice understanding.
Experience in a manufacturing or production workplace.
