This position
The FP&A; Jr. Analyst will support the Finance team with financial reporting,
forecasting, analytics, and KPI metrics. The role will partner closely with all FP&A; leaders as well as other groups in the Finance team to support analysis, The FP&A; Jr. analyst is responsible for providing system reports ana analysis to Finance and partnering with business leaders as required to drive planning and budgeting, perform financial analysis to understand forecast variances, and develop and track key operational metrics and KPIs.

Support the preparation of the monthly P&L; analysis to ensure timely and accurate reporting and variance analysis
Prepare monthly reporting packages and provide financial insights into variances
Support business leaders by researching questions and investigating variances on financial statements
