Assistant Regional Manager (ARM) — Global Front Sales

Department: Global Front Sales | Location: Udaipur, Rajasthan (In office) | Experience: 0–3 Years | Reporting To: Head of Global Sales / Regional Manager – Global Sales

About The Role

We are looking for a driven and result-oriented Global Front Sales skilled to lead international business development and customer acquisition across global markets. The role involves managing front-end sales activities, developing new business opportunities, handling key international clients, and driving revenue growth for Tempsens' industrial and thermal engineering solutions. The candidate should have strong exposure to B2B international sales, distributor management, export business, and industrial product sales, and must be open to international travel with a valid passport.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute global sales strategies to expand market presence across international regions.
Identify and onboard recent customers, distributors, channel partners, and OEM clients globally.




Manage front-end sales discussions with overseas customers for product inquiries and technical requirements.
Generate leads through market research, digital platforms, trade exhibitions, and business networking.
Prepare and present commercial proposals, quotations, and techno-commercial offers.
Coordinate with internal teams such as engineering, production, logistics, and commercial operations for smooth order execution.
Build long-term relationships with international customers and key accounts.
Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, delivery schedules, and contract agreements.
Track market trends, competitor activity, and customer demand across industries.
Represent the company at international exhibitions, trade fairs, and client meetings.
Ensure compliance with export documentation, Incoterms, and international trade processes.
