Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Senior Executive Human Resource with 3+ years of experience to join us. The role offers hands-on exposure to various facets of Human Resources including recruitment, payroll, onboarding, administration, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
Coordinate with department heads to understand hiring requirements and manpower planning.
Handle employee onboarding, induction, documentation, and exit formalities.
Process monthly payroll inputs including attendance, leaves, incentives, deductions,



and reimbursements.
Maintain employee records, HR databases, and confidential personnel files.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, statutory regulations, and company HR policies.
Coordinate statutory activities related to PF, ESIC, gratuity, bonus, and other compliance requirements.
Address employee queries related to HR policies, payroll, attendance, and perks.
Plan and execute employee engagement activities, celebrations, wellness initiatives, and team-building programs.
Support performance management processes including appraisals, feedback, and employee development initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, attendance records, and recruitment status updates.
Assist in drafting HR letters, policies, contracts, and official communications.
Coordinate daily administrative activities including office management, vendor coordination, and employee support.
