Role Description
We're hiring a Sales & Marketing Associate to help us grow on both sides of the business — bringing more students into our accelerator programs, and building out our internship placement vertical. You'll own outreach and conversion for students and parents, support our marketing channels (social, ads, content), and help build the company-side pipeline for internship placements. This is a generalist growth role, not a narrow specialization — you'll move between calls, campaigns, and outreach depending on what the week needs.
What You'll Do
Run conversion calls with prospective students and parents, guiding them from inquiry to enrollment across our cohort and individual-track programs
Support outreach to schools and counsellors to build partnerships and referral pipelines
Help plan and execute paid ad campaigns (Meta ads) targeting parent audiences




Contribute to our social media presence (Instagram content, StarterSky's brand voice) alongside our content lead
Do outbound outreach to companies to build our internship placement pipeline, cold calling and relationship-building with businesses willing to host student interns
Support webinars and info sessions for schools, counsellors, and parents
Track leads, conversion rates, and campaign performance, and report back on what's working
Help execute our gifting and referral strategy for schools and parents
What We're Looking For
1–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, business development, or a related field (internships count)
Comfortable making outbound calls and holding conversations with parents, schools, and companies
Solid written and spoken communication, you can represent StarterSky's voice credibly to both a 45 year old school principal, parent and a 16 year old founder
