What you will do:
Foster the growth and career advancement of our talents in line with our strategic business direction.
Enhance our solid performance culture by guiding managers in handling areas of low personnel performance.
Act as an advocate for diversity best practices and inclusion programs, tracking diversity metrics against determined targets.
Oversee pay and acknowledgement-related issues by supporting managers in executing Annual Salary Review (ASR)/Off-cycle budget/Short-Term Variable pay/ Stock Incentive Plan.
Guide managers with employee lifecycle needs, such as employment contracts, terminations, and relocations to ensure a positive employee experience.
Utilize people analytics to inform strategic planning and give advice that informs our business direction.
