Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute social media strategies aligned with brand objectives and communication goals.
Manage day-to-day social media operations across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.
Create monthly/weekly content calendars, ensuring consistency in content, tone, and brand positioning.
Ideate engaging content across Reels, static posts, carousels, stories, trends, and campaigns.
Write creative and platform-appropriate captions, copy, hooks, and CTAs.
Stay updated with social media trends, platform updates, trending audio, formats, and emerging content opportunities.
Coordinate with the design, PR, digital, and client servicing teams to execute campaigns and content.
Work closely with designers, photographers, videographers, influencers, and other creative partners to deliver content.
Monitor social media performance and prepare monthly reports and insights, including reach, engagement, growth, and content performance.




Analyse audience behaviour and performance data to identify opportunities for improvement.
Assist in planning and executing social media campaigns, launches, events, influencer collaborations, and brand activations.
Monitor competitor activity and industry trends to identify relevant content and communication prospects.
Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's visual identity, tone of voice, and communication guidelines.
Manage community engagement, including comments, DMs, and audience interactions where required.
Take ownership of timelines, deliverables, approvals, and publishing schedules.

What We're Looking For
2+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within an agency, fashion, luxury, hospitality, lifestyle, or consumer brand workplace.
Strong understanding of Instagram and other major social media platforms.
Excellent creative thinking and a solid understanding of what makes content engaging and shareable.
