About Solwer
Solwer is DENSO's technology venture in India, building the digital infrastructure for India's automotive aftermarket. Our products — vehicle inspection (VDI), aftermarket super app, transport and warehouse management (TWM), and fleet management — are live with Toyota Kirloskar Motor, TFS, Uber Black, and 150+ dealers. We are building the systems that let us scale without scaling headcount.

What This Role Is
We are hiring an engineer to automate Solwer's go-to-market engine. Today, our dealer acquisition, content production, lead qualification, and inspection report generation are largely manual. Your job is to change that — using LLMs, agents, APIs, and workflow automation to build systems that handle the repetitive, time-consuming, and data-heavy parts of our GTM process, so the sales team spends time closing deals rather than doing research and outreach.

This is a builder role. You will write code, ship tools, and measure whether they work. You will not own sales targets or manage pipelines. You will build the systems that make the sales team more effective.





What You Will Build
● Automated dealer prospecting pipeline — 2,000+ target dealers enriched with contact info and outreach history
● WhatsApp outreach automation — personalized sequences for dealer acquisition and car owner engagement via WhatsApp Business API
● AI inspection report generator — inspector inputs structured checklist → system generates consumer-friendly vehicle health report in Hindi and English
● SEO/AEO content engine — 4 articles per week on vehicle inspection, ELV compliance, TWM ROI, auto-generated and human-reviewed before publish
● Pre-call brief tool — given a prospect name, auto-generate a 1-page research brief before every enterprise sales call
● WhatsApp conversational agent — handles car owner inspection booking end-to-end without human involvement
● CRM integration — WhatsApp conversations auto-summarized and pushed to deal records
