Position Summary
Provides governance, delivery management, financial oversight, and portfolio reporting support across the Market Change & Modernization (MCM) portfolio. Serves as a key partner to Program Managers, Portfolio Leadership, Finance,



and Governance stakeholders to ensure projects and programs comply with organizational governance standards. Coordinates portfolio-level reporting, forecasting, audit readiness activities, health checks, risk management, gating processes, and executive governance materials while facilitating delivery transparency and operational effectiveness across multiple strategic initiatives.
Major Duties
Leads governance and delivery management activities across multiple programs and projects within the MCM portfolio, ensuring alignment with enterprise standards and controls.
Owns and facilitates portfolio reporting processes including Clarity status reporting, executive governance reporting, health checks, project metrics, and delivery transparency initiatives.
Coordinates monthly and bi-weekly forecasting, financial reporting, budget tracking, variance analysis, and project financial governance activities.
Develops and maintains governance artifacts including PWG/PSG materials, project
