Role Description The Assistant Sales Manager is a full time, in office role based in Latur. This role involves generating current business, managing existing customer relationships, and promoting the company’s financial products such as savings plans, investments, loans, insurance, and pension solutions. The Assistant Sales Manager will conduct client meetings, explain product benefits, and support customers through the application and onboarding processes.



Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting sales targets, following up on leads, preparing basic reports, coordinating with internal teams for smooth service delivery, and ensuring high standards of customer satisfaction. The role also requires staying informed about market trends and competitors to help refine local sales strategies.
Qualifications
Demonstrated ability in sales, business development, and client relationship management within financial services or related sectors.
Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with diverse customer segments.
Basic understanding of financial products such as loans, investments, insurance, and pension schemes, with the ability to explain them clearly.
Good organizational and time management skills, including maintaining records, preparing simple reports, and following up on leads.
