Role Description The Customer Service Executive is a full time, on-site role based in Gwalior, responsible for delivering responsive and courteous support to Bharat Tapp’s business customers. Day-to-day tasks include handling inbound inquiries via phone, email, and messaging platforms,



resolving product and service issues, and guiding customers in using NFC and QR solutions effectively. The role involves tracking and documenting customer interactions, escalating complex cases to appropriate teams, and following up to ensure timely resolution. The Customer Service Executive will collaborate with sales and operations teams to maintain high customer satisfaction and gather feedback that supports continuous improvement of products and services.
Qualifications
Robust interpersonal skills and the ability to build qualified, trust-based relationships with diverse customers.
Customer service and customer support skills, including handling inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and providing clear guidance.
Experience in customer satisfaction and customer service management, with a focus on maintaining service quality and follow-through.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi;
