About Deep Cognition
Deep Cognition builds AI automation for freight forwarding and customs brokerage. Freight forwarding runs on people and paperwork. We build the AI that handles the repetitive work so teams can focus on customers.We have two products. Agentic TMS is a transportation management system run by AI agents. The agents handle quoting, booking, customs filing, and invoicing across the shipment lifecycle. PaperEntry AI is intelligent document processing. It reads commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading, and customs entries with 99 percent or better accuracy. Together they let a forwarder or broker move 5 to 10 times more volume with the same team.Our customers include C.H. Robinson, Maersk, JAS Worldwide, Dachser, and Rohlig Logistics. We process over $1 billion in goods each year.
We are an early stage company with a small, quick team. Our headquarters is in Dallas, Texas. Our engineering and marketing teams are in Bengaluru. Our customers are in the US, Canada, Europe, and Asia.
The role :
We are hiring a Head of Marketing to own our pipeline. You will report to the Chief Product Officer, who currently leads marketing. Your job is straightforward to state. Grow the number of qualified leads. Turn those leads into sales meetings. Make our brand the one forwarders and brokers think of when they think about AI for logistics. This is a hands on leadership role. You will set the strategy. You will also run campaigns yourself. You will manage a small in house team and a bench of external contractors and agencies.
What we are looking for :
8 or more years in B2B marketing. At least 3 years leading a team or a function.
Experience at an early stage startup. You have built marketing from a small base with a small budget.
A track record of growing pipeline. You can show the numbers.
Experience managing external contractors and agencies. You know how to brief, measure, and repla
