We're hiring a Core People Tech Specialist who pairs deep HR Operations fluency with knowledge and curiosity about AI — someone who is excited to do more than run processes. As a key member of our People Tech and Analytics team, you will play a crucial role in optimizing and maintaining the Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) system. The ideal candidate will have expertise in Workday operations, integrations, have a deep understanding of HR processes, strong analytical skills, and a proven track record of successfully supporting Workday and similar global technologies and platforms.

You will:

Be the subject matter expert for Compensation and Core HCM processes and solutions
Support change requests, enhancements, and issue resolution across Workday modules
Perform essential system administration functions, including configuration, security management, and bulk data processing.
Manage system life cycles by assisting in the review, testing, and implementation of new features, fixes, and releases.
Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements,



identify gaps, and recommend solutions that meet our needs.
Drive process improvement and creative solutions, proactively identifying opportunities for automation to enhance organizational efficiency.
Develop user procedures, guidelines, documentation, and training to ensure effective adoption of new processes and functionality.

Qualification & Experience:

5+ years of Workday experience with robust hands-on knowledge of Core HCM and Compensation.
Experience supporting at least 1–2 Advanced Compensation cycles or launches.
Experience with Workday configuration, business processes, testing, and UAT.
Robust hands-on experience with EIB, and security administration.

Nice To Have Skills

Workday Pro certification in Core HCM, Compensation, Advanced Compensation, Reporting, or other relevant Workday modules is a plus.
