This role requires to lead the engineering, design, and technical delivery of Electrical Systems for Rail Metro Projects, ensuring compliance with project specifications, applicable standards, quality requirements, safety regulations, budget targets, and project schedules while supporting successful project execution and system integration.
What will you do?
Engineering Leadership
Lead and manage the electrical engineering team across all project phases.
Provide technical direction, guidance, and review of engineering deliverables.
Ensure compliance with project requirements, standards, and engineering best practices.
Design & Engineering Management
Oversee design, review, and approval of electrical system deliverables.
Coordinate engineering activities related to Traction Power Supply Systems,



OCS/3rd Rail, SCADA, Auxiliary Power Systems, Lighting, Earthing & Bonding, and Depot Electrical Systems.
Ensure designs are optimized for safety, reliability, maintainability, and cost-effectiveness.
Technical Coordination & Interface Management
Coordinate with Civil, Signaling, Telecommunications, Rolling Stock, and System Integration teams.
Resolve technical issues and interface challenges impacting project delivery.
Support design reviews, technical workshops, and stakeholder meetings.
Project Execution Support
Provide engineering support during procurement, construction, testing, and commissioning.
Review technical submittals, vendor documents, and material approvals.
Ensure timely resolution of technical queries and site issues.
Quality, Safety & Compliance
Ensure compliance with applicable railway standards, client specifications, HSE requirements, and quality procedures.
