Recruitment Specialist

About the Role
We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist – Technical Hiring to drive high-quality talent acquisition for technical and niche technology roles. The ideal candidate will own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers and internal/external stakeholders, and build robust talent pipelines to deliver fast, effective, and high-quality hiring outcomes in a energetic environment.

What You’ll Do
Own the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, screening, first-level interviews, offer negotiation, and onboarding.
Source and engage top technical talent through LinkedIn, GitHub, Naukri, and other relevant sourcing platforms.
Build and maintain talent pipelines for niche, specialized, and high-demand technology roles through proactive market mapping and talent research.
Conduct structured candidate screenings to assess technical skills, relevant experience, communication, and overall role fit.
Partner closely with hiring managers and internal stakeholders to understand requirements, align expectations,



and drive effective hiring decisions.
Collaborate with external stakeholders, candidates, and recruitment partners to ensure smooth and timely hiring processes.
Deliver a seamless and positive candidate experience through consistent communication, engagement, and timely follow-ups.
Track and analyse key recruitment metrics and hiring data to improve sourcing effectiveness, pipeline quality, and time-to-hire.
Identify opportunities to continuously improve recruitment processes, tools, workflows, and sourcing strategies to enhance speed, quality, and efficiency.
Maintain accurate recruitment documentation and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, data protection standards, and internal hiring policies.
