We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Podcast Video Editor to join our production team in Mumbai.

You will be responsible for transforming professionally recorded long-form podcast footage into high-quality YouTube episodes.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands not just video editing, but also storytelling, audience retention, pacing, and social-media content creation.

Key Responsibilities:
Edit 60–90-minute long-form podcast episodes for YouTube.
Sync and edit multi-camera footage and qualified audio.
Create engaging cuts with robust pacing and seamless transitions.
Clean, mix, and synchronise podcast audio.
Identify strong hooks, compelling moments and viral-worthy segments.
Add captions, titles, graphics, animations, B-roll, and relevant visual elements.
Maintain consistent visual branding across all content.
Export videos according to YouTube platform specifications.
Organise project files, footage, assets, and final exports efficiently.
Stay updated with current YouTube trends.

Required Skills:




Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro.
Working knowledge of DaVinci Resolve is an advantage, not mandatory.
Good understanding of colour correction and colour grading.
Experience with multi-camera editing.
Strong audio editing and mixing skills.
Good sense of storytelling, pacing and audience retention.
Ability to identify the most engaging moments from long-form conversations.
Knowledge of typography, captions, transitions and motion graphics.
Ability to work under deadlines and handle multiple episodes simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience editing podcasts, interviews, documentaries or YouTube channels.
Portfolio demonstrating strong long-form and short-form editing.
Experience working with talking-head/interview content.
Understanding of YouTube audience retention and content performance.
Experience with motion graphics is a major plus.
