Role Description The Senior Sales Executive role is a full-time, on-site position based in Ahmedabad. The role involves identifying and pursuing recent business opportunities, nurturing relationships with existing clients, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle for interior and turnkey projects. Day-to-day responsibilities include meeting prospective clients, understanding their design and construction needs,



preparing proposals and quotations, conducting presentations, and negotiating contracts. The Senior Sales Executive will collaborate closely with design, project, and operations teams to ensure accurate scoping, timely execution, and high client satisfaction. The role also includes tracking sales performance, maintaining CRM records, and contributing to sales strategies and market expansion plans.
Qualifications

Solid consultative selling, negotiation, and deal-closing skills in B2C or B2B environments.
Proven ability in client relationship management, lead generation, and pipeline management.
Basic understanding of interior design, architecture, or construction services to communicate solutions effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills, presentation skills, and professional customer-facing demeanor.
Comfort with CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting of sales metrics and
