Role Description
Health & Relief is looking for a motivated and result-oriented Healthcare Marketing & Doctor Onboarding Executive to help us onboard doctors and healthcare professionals onto our platform.
The main responsibility of this role will be to connect with doctors, explain Health & Relief’s services, build professional relationships,



and successfully onboard doctors onto the platform.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach doctors, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
Connect with doctors through calls, WhatsApp, email, and face-to-face meetings.
Explain Health & Relief’s platform, services, and benefits to doctors.
Conduct regular follow-ups and maintain solid relationships with doctors.
Visit doctors and clinics locally for meetings and onboarding when required.
Convert potential leads into successfully onboarded doctors.
Maintain records of leads, follow-ups, and onboarding progress.
Achieve monthly doctor onboarding targets.
Coordinate with the internal team to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
Collect feedback from doctors and share helpful insights with the management team.

Candidate Requirements
1–2 years of experience in healthcare marketing, sales, business development, doctor acquisition, or a related field.
