Role Description The Sales and Marketing Specialist is a full time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and qualifying prospects, presenting Mediacorn Digital’s AdTech solutions, and managing the sales cycle from initial contact to closing. The specialist will collaborate with marketing teams to develop and execute campaigns, coordinate product demonstrations, and support client onboarding and training.



Daily activities include maintaining CRM records, preparing proposals and presentations, responding to client inquiries, and providing post-sale customer service to ensure satisfaction and retention. The role also involves tracking market trends, gathering client feedback, and working with internal teams to optimize offerings and messaging.
Qualifications

Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to engage clients effectively and build long-term relationships.
Candidates should possess Sales and Sales Management skills to drive revenue, manage pipelines, and achieve or exceed targets.
