Key Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive B2B marketing and business development strategies aligned with company objectives.
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the telecom, infrastructure, construction, corporate, and institutional sectors.
Generate qualified B2B leads through direct networking, market research, referrals, digital marketing, industry events, and corporate connections.
Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, contractors, developers, consultants, government/institutional organizations, and key decision-makers.
Develop and manage the company's sales and marketing pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify new markets, customers, competitors, and business prospects.
Prepare marketing plans, sales targets, budgets, and revenue forecasts.
Lead negotiations with prospective clients and ensure successful conversion of business opportunities.
Coordinate with the technical, commercial, finance, and operations teams to ensure smooth execution of client requirements.
Develop corporate presentations, proposals,



capability profiles, and marketing materials.
Monitor competitor activities, pricing, market trends, and customer requirements.
Represent the company at industry meetings, exhibitions, conferences, networking events, and client meetings.
Establish strategic partnerships and alliances that can contribute to business growth.
Track marketing and sales performance through regular MIS and management reports.
Set targets for the marketing/business development team and monitor their performance.
Mentor, guide, and motivate the marketing and business development team.
Ensure achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual business targets.
