About the Role
Digiweave Mediatech LLP is looking for a creative and proactive Social Media Executive who can manage day-to-day social media activities for our clients and contribute to building engaging, trend-driven content.
The ideal candidate should understand social media beyond just posting content and should be comfortable with content planning, copywriting, trends, reels, shoots and client coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Manage social media accounts across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and other relevant platforms.
Plan and maintain monthly content calendars based on brand objectives.
Research and identify trending content, formats, reels, hashtags and social media trends.
Develop creative content ideas for posts, reels, stories and campaigns.
Write engaging captions, copies and social media content.
Coordinate with graphic designers,



video editors and other internal teams for timely content execution.
Assist in planning and executing photoshoots and video shoots.
Be comfortable being present during shoots and coordinating the execution of planned content.
Monitor comments, DMs and audience engagement and ensure timely responses where required.
Track social media performance including reach, engagement, views, follower growth and content performance.
Prepare regular social media reports and provide suggestions for improvement.
Keep up with platform updates, trends, viral content and changing audience behaviour.
Coordinate with clients for content requirements, approvals and feedback.
Ensure all content is aligned with the brand's tone, communication and objectives.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in Social Media Management / Social Media Marketing.
Prior experience working with a digital marketing or creative agency will be preferred.
