Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Marketing Manager with 7+ years of experience in digital marketing and performance marketing. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and Meta Ads, along with the ability to develop and execute effective marketing strategies to drive brand visibility, website traffic, leads, and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
Plan, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns to generate quality leads and improve ROI.
Lead SEO initiatives, including keyword research, on-page and off-page optimization, technical SEO, and organic growth strategies.
Manage SEM/PPC campaigns, including campaign planning, budgeting, optimization, and performance analysis.
Monitor campaign performance and prepare regular reports on key marketing metrics, conversions, and ROI.
Conduct market, competitor,



and audience research to identify recent growth opportunities.
Work closely with internal teams to develop marketing campaigns, promotional activities, and brand communication.
Identify trends in digital marketing and implement new strategies and tools to improve campaign performance.
Manage marketing budgets effectively and ensure optimal utilization of advertising spend.
Coordinate with external agencies, vendors, or freelancers when required.
Required Skills
7+ years of experience in Digital Marketing / Performance Marketing / Marketing.
Strong hands-on experience in SEO and SEM.
Expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads.
Robust understanding of digital marketing analytics, campaign optimization, and ROI.
Experience in lead generation and conversion-focused marketing campaigns.
